Signature Wellness is pleased to present “The Hormone Makeover Seminar” the first Tuesday night of every month at our practice starting at 7pm. This informative seminar will be presented by Donna White, BHRT Clinical Education Consultation, here at Signature Wellness. “The Hormone Makeover Seminar” is open to the public as well as current patients and specifically designed for women struggling with frustrating symptoms such as hot flashes, depression, weight gain, insomnia, bone loss, headaches, low sex drive or fatigue. Women of all ages dealing with PMS to post-menopausal symptoms will understand how to address the symptoms of hormone imbalance with bio-identical hormones and adjunctive therapies.
Women will learn:
• Whether or not your symptoms are related to hormone imbalance
• The difference between bio-identical, synthetic and herbal therapies
• What each hormone does in the body including symptoms of deficiency
• How to correct hormone imbalance
• The connection between stress and hormone problems
• The relationship between weight gain and hormone balance
• How to build strong bones
