Sugar Plum's owners, Miguel & Lupe Coka are the parents of Mateo, an umbilical cord blood transplant recipient. Mateo is thriving after receiving a transplant to treat leukemia at Duke in the fall of 2008. Miguel & Lupe want to give back to the Hendrick Marrow Program in appreciation for all of its support of Mateo during this special event.
